STRIDERELAY · DOCUMENTATION

Privacy policy

How StrideRelay handles account information, on-device activity, permissions, and deletion requests.

LOCAL STORAGE

Activity on your device

Participant names or nicknames, band identifiers, activity, assignments, goals, and settings are stored on your device. Activity is not automatically uploaded to Supabase. Backups and CSV reports contain personal data and are saved to the location you choose. You control copies stored in your files or chosen storage provider.

DEVICE ACCESS

Permissions and diagnostics

Bluetooth permission is used to discover and communicate with bands. Older Android versions require location permission for Bluetooth discovery; StrideRelay does not use GPS location. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDK. Diagnostic packets remain on the device; their screen is restricted to the designated administrator account.

YOUR CONTROL

Retention and deletion

Account information is retained while your account is active. Request deletion by emailing app@codingeveryday.com from your account email. We verify ownership before removing your StrideRelay profile and explain how to remove local records and backups you control. If your sign-in is shared with another Coding Every Day app, information still needed for that app is preserved. We confirm what was removed and whether shared sign-in information must remain.

PARTICIPANT PRIVACY

Adults and participant information

Adults manage participant information. Use nicknames rather than full names where possible, and share exported files only with people who should receive them.
