Request account deletion

To request deletion of your StrideRelay account and associated StrideRelay data, email support from the address used for your account. Put “StrideRelay account deletion request” in the subject. Do not send your password.

What to Expect

Understand the deletion process.

Account removal is support-assisted. These steps explain verification, device data, backups, and how to begin from the app.

Verification & Removal

What happens next

Support verifies account ownership and removes the StrideRelay profile associated with your request, including its contact and account details. This is not an instant automatic process. Support will confirm completion and explain any information that must remain.

If your sign-in is shared with another Coding Every Day app, deleting StrideRelay does not delete that other app’s profile or access. Shared sign-in information is retained while it is still needed. Support will confirm whether the shared identity can also be removed.

Local Information

Device data and backups

Activity is stored on your device and is not automatically uploaded to Supabase. Support will explain how to remove the relevant local records without affecting another account’s data. Delete exported backups or CSV files you no longer want from the storage locations you selected. Account deletion cannot remotely erase copies you have shared with others.
